Alan's boss or Manager Delonte couldn’t answer a simple question twice about the current interest rates when I asked him? Davante replied to it the same way, you can refinance your loan later. Then later I was really surprised by Delonte meeting me at my old truck after working with Alan for a while to bring me a dent and repairs program for my new truck. One fee for this service, I really didn't say I was going to take this or not until I met with the outstanding finance gentlemen. He said that it was added to the final settlement by Delonte.
