When I first met Delroy, I explained that I was not sure about buying a truck, so I wanted to drive one to see if it was something I wanted to pursue. He understood this, showed me a few trucks, and after the test drive told me he to let him know if I decided to move forward with a purchase. No high-pressure sales tactics or ploys to keep me from leaving the dealership, he was respectful of my time and asked me to call him if I wanted a vehicle. What a great experience! I did decide to purchase a truck from Delroy and it was a good experience, he was straightforward with all of the pricing and made for an easy and, honestly, enjoyable purchase. He did his best to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When our deal was made, I was introduced to Hector Sanchez in finance and had an equally pleasant experience. Hector said he would make the purchase straightforward and easy, and he did! He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything well. This was also a surprisingly easy and great experience. Overall, I would highly recommend (and already have to several acquaintances) that anyone looking for a vehicle visit Delroy and Hector at Mac Haik Chevrolet. More
