Vince Swanson has been the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I had a poor experience at other dealerships recently, so I came to Mac Haik (even though it is a bit of a drive and there are many deale dealt with. I had a poor experience at other dealerships recently, so I came to Mac Haik (even though it is a bit of a drive and there are many dealerships close to where I live), and Vince was fantastic and is a huge reason why I will make that drive again whenever I need service or need to buy another car. I never felt like I was trying to have a car pushed on me, it felt like I was shopping for cars with a friend. Any time I needed something, Vince responded immediately. Vince was also able to answer every question I had right away because he knew the car and options inside and out which was very important. You would be surprised how often at other dealers I would ask about the difference between basic trim levels of a car and the salesperson did not even know the answer without looking it up. Again, Vince was amazing and made the whole process simple and fun. Thank you! More
