Great experience, great staff We came to Germain to look around we bought a Tundra from them nine years ago, had great experience with both the dealership, and service department o We came to Germain to look around we bought a Tundra from them nine years ago, had great experience with both the dealership, and service department over the last nine years and also had great luck with the truck so we decided to return to Germain, we do live over an hour away and there is a Toyota dealer in Dayton but we wanted to go back to where we felt comfortable. Again we had great service, our salesman Norm was great, no pressure, no hassle just felt like he was there for us would deal with him again in a heartbeat. Could not imagine going anywhere else to buy a vehicle since that is twice now we have had great experiences with Germain. Demetrius was also great as far as getting our paperwork done and getting us out of there. He even came out to look at the vehicle while we were going over things with Norm who did everything he could to get us going he even brought our old truck around and helped us unload our stuff into the new one. At least two managers came out to thank us for our business, we felt like we were appreciated and that is something that really makes the experience more enjoyable. More

They were super friendly and respectful towards our opinion. It is not easy to deal with Sales people, but Kenny and Demetrius made our experience a unique one. More

I hooked up with Norm in 2009 and he has taken care of me since. I walk in to the showroom and the other sale people are super friendly. You are part of a family with Germain Toyota. They listen to what you want and need and try to get you in the right vehicle. If you want a quality vehicle and a fair price See norm and he will take care of you. The service department is great also. More

He was very knowledgeable and not only explained all of the new features, but how to use everything (I came from a 99 Camry, so the 2017 Carolla was quite the adjustment). He even checked up after my purchase to make sure I was doing well. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. More

New car purchase after service I took my 2010 Yaris in for routine service & while waiting I spoke to Austin Castin about the new 2017 Toyotas & discussed what I was looking for. I took my 2010 Yaris in for routine service & while waiting I spoke to Austin Castin about the new 2017 Toyotas & discussed what I was looking for. Being a small elderly person I had trouble with being able to see over the dashboard. He showed me the 2017 Yaris ia & after test driving we agreed it was the best purchase for me. He did not try to convince me to upgrade when he understood my concerns which I appreciated especially since I really didnt need a new car. If he had been pushy I would have walked away. Demetrius Davis helped with the title & offered services if I were interested in them. I would recommend these people & dealership. More
