Outstanding Car Buying Experience When buying a new car and looking to trade in a vehicle, I like to go into a dealership well prepared. I will talk to friends and associates about their vehicles, and their experiences. I'll research new vehicles on-line, Consumer Reports, Edmunds, US News, KBB and other sites. I do price comparisons for new cars, and try to establish exactly what I want to get out of my trade. After having all my numbers, I called Park Place Motors to schedule a test drive, and Demetrius Johnson took the call and arranged the test drive. The vehicle we selected was already sold, so we test drove others like it, but not in the color we wanted or having all the features we were looking for. We were treated extremely well. Demetrius introduced us to his manager James Taylor who worked with us to find the exact vehicle we were looking for and then located that vehicle to bring it to Park Place for us. Without any negotiation or haggling James and Demetrius came in right in line with the prices I had in mind for the new vehicle and for the value of our trade-in. My wife and I could not be happier with our experience at Park Place motors, with Demetrius Johnson, James Taylor and, our new vehicle. Thank you! More

Best Purchasing Experience I Have Ever Had I have been shopping for a vehicle for the last ten months and had been originally focusing on purchasing another Cadillac (my last three vehicles hav I have been shopping for a vehicle for the last ten months and had been originally focusing on purchasing another Cadillac (my last three vehicles have been Cadillacs). Unfortunately, I was not too happy with my last Cadillac experience and decided it was time to go in another direction. I have always admired German engineering, but had never experienced driving a German engineered vehicle. Thus began the enjoyable adventure of test-driving numerous vehicles. In full disclosure, this was my second trip to Park Place and my second test drive. My first visit was very informal, on a whim, and I was not prepared to purchase anything that day. I was still deciding on a larger vehicle such as a mid-size crossover or a sedan. That was a few months ago... During my second visit and after a lot of research, I was determined to purchase my next vehicle. I pulled into Park Place Motor’s lot and took a few circles around the lot while focusing on a particular vehicle. On my last pass, I stopped in front of the vehicle and as I was doing so, a sales consultant approached. I rolled the passenger window down and he popped his head in and complemented me on the car I was driving. The conversation quickly turned to the vehicle. The sales consultant insisted on a test drive, very professionally introduced himself as Demetrius, shook my hand, and went to grab the keys. Prior to pulling out of the lot, Demetrius explained all of the features of the vehicle as well as the functions of the Infotainment system. During the test drive Demetrius was great at listening to me, something that many people in sales have a hard time doing. Make it about the customer, not the car -- that is how I felt the entire time I was at Park Place. By the time we got back to the lot, I knew this was the vehicle for me. Demetrius guided me back into the showroom, offered me something to drink as well as a little snack. We sat down and talked numbers and doing a trade-in. Demetrius was straightforward and took care in what I wanted to accomplish. He included his colleague, James Taylor into the conversation who was able to tailor (no pun intended) a financing plan along with my trade-in that met my satisfaction. We struck a deal and I could not wait to drive the car home! It is worth noting that during all of this, I had to take business calls, as I am a real estate agent. Each time I had a call coming in, without me asking, Demetrius would step away and give me some privacy, which I thought was very professional. As we were discussing getting the car ready, the general manager, Brad Johnson, came over to introduce himself, to thank me, and to ask when I would like to pick the vehicle up. I had some business to attend to and wanted to make sure that I would not request an unreasonable time. Brad insisted that I give him a time that works for me and that they would absolutely have the car ready. I gave him a time and he said, "You got it". This made my day much easier as I did not feel rushed. Upon, arriving back to the dealership early, I was greeted by a couple of sales associates. They paged Demetrius, and not more than ten seconds later, he was there to talk the next steps. He offered me something to drink, confirmed that the vehicle was ready, and guided me over to Brad Johnson's office, where we went through the paperwork. Being I was early, I felt bad, but Brad was not having that. He continued to finish what he was working on quickly while talking and getting to know me. This made me feel better. I have met general managers at several other dealerships in town and I would have to say that this is my first encounter with a general manager, who is down to earth and genuine. As he was preparing the sale documents, we discussed everyday things, family, the real estate market, and a little back-story on him. During this time, Brad was able to find me an even better interest rate than originally quoted, something that I was not expecting. We discussed warranty options as well as other add-ons for servicing and protecting the vehicle. Brad explained the important details and made the signing process a breeze. It was official! Brad thanked me and essentially welcomed me to the family! We parted ways and I and Demetrius took over. Now the fun part -- Being that is the middle of November, it gets dark out by 5:00 pm. Demetrius finished up registering the vehicle to Audi Connect, and went over the details and log-in credentials. We than stepped outside to look over a freshly washed vehicle, topped off with gas, and detailed. The vehicle looked impressive, especially with all of the lighting features it boasts in the dark of night! Demetrius set my mobile device up as well as the Google Earth, and gave me a tutorial. At one point we were having a little trouble with getting the Wi-Fi set-up, so Demetrius had a colleague come out and assist with this (my apologies as I can't recall his name). He solved the problem in a few minutes. Demetrius thanked me and invited me to stop back in to go over the vehicle in more detail on a later date, which I will definitely do. Fast-forward a few days later, and I am now a very proud owner of a brand new Audi A5 2.0T Prestige Sportback, and this "Beauty" completely blows me away! I am very impressed by everyone I encountered during my auto purchasing experience and will not hesitate to recommend Demetrius Johnson as the man to talk with! In fact, my colleague was talking about purchasing a new vehicle and I have handed Demetrius's card off to him. Thank you for all of the hard work you put in Demetrius! Thank you Park Place Motors! Our sales consultant (Demetrius) was very knowledgeable about all their product lines. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon to look at used cars, and he showed us a number of cars that could meet our needs. We focused in on a new car that was wedged in the showroom floor, and he cheerfully had it moved out for a test drive. No problem, even though it was getting late in the day on a Friday. He worked on a deal while we were test driving and we were able to come to terms pretty quickly. He explained their valuation of our trade in, and everything made sense. He recommended some finance options which helped immensely. The finance manager turned the deal very quickly, fastest I've ever seen in a car dealer. They stayed late on a nice Friday to get the deal done, and we're very patient with our questions. This turned out to be the best car buying experience we've been through. More

Great Sales Staff! Overall, sales staff was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. This was an internet find. Traveled 100 miles to purchase. Had some trouble Overall, sales staff was great. Financing approval was obtained prior to travel but was not allowed to use it. This forced the use of dealer financing and a higher dealer rate or walk away (100 miles) empty handed. The was the fault of the dealership, lender and us for not providing/obtaining information prior. I felt Dan Kocer's scare tactics to up sell the extend warranty was the biggest disappointment. Displaying a two foot long brochure and asking $3000 now or $9000 later after the loan terms were established is not a great way to up sell. It might be a valuable offer but the way it was presented was in poor taste. Sam Castelli was very responsive to email inquiries and phone calls. Demetrius Johnson went out of his way to take care of us, including a shrimp dinner a good conversation while we waited for the car to be detailed. His 5 star effort made this car purchase experience 4 stars instead of 2. Overall I would recommend this dealership if Demetrius is there to help. Just arrive early and on a business day to ensure you have time to work with your own lender. ** Small recommendation to the dealership: Fill the gas tank. It's $30! Don't make people drive away with a quarter tank and have to fill it up before they get home. More

Great, Easy way to buy a car. Great to deal with. No Nonsense,Straight up car purchase. Called from the cities at 2 pm, confirmed the car was in stock, left my home at 3 pm, drove Great to deal with. Got a Tiguan When researching our next car purchase, we stopped by Park Place two times. Frank helped us the first time and Ryan helped us the second time. Even When researching our next car purchase, we stopped by Park Place two times. Frank helped us the first time and Ryan helped us the second time. Even though we said up front that we were just looking and researching, not buying, they both were generous with their time and allowed us to look at and test drive vehicles. When we settled on a make/model, a few weeks later, we came back to Park Place. Neither Frank nor Ryan were working. Demetrius helped us test drive a couple more vehicles and then purchase a 2013 Tiguan. It was a good experience and we are loving the car. Thanks guys. More
