My first car ever. I am a new resident of Rochester and having moved from the East Coast I was highly concerned about not having a vehicle and being able to get back-an I am a new resident of Rochester and having moved from the East Coast I was highly concerned about not having a vehicle and being able to get back-and-forth from work especially come wintertime. I did a great deal of research before I went to test drive any vehicles and my last stop was Luther Park Place for a used SUV crossover. When I called, the sales manager Myron was very friendly and straightforward with me about the vehicle and and helped me set up a test drive. But it was the testdrive and following conversation that I had with the sales representative Demetrious who really sold me on the vehicle. Being that I had done a large amount of research I was kind of disappointed when I saw that the price of the vehicle was above market value. When I pointed this out to both sales representatives they indicated that the equipment on the vehicle caused the price to increase. But they respected my research and worked with me to bring the price to a manageable realm. Even after having made the agreement and shaking hands I was again surprised by the finance department of the corporation. I had already secured financing through my credit union, but the finance manager was able to find me an even better loan agreement and I signed right there on the spot. It was refreshing to have a car company respect the research that I had done and really value what my word was as a customer. I'm incredibly happy and thankful for my experience here. And now I have a car I can trust come winter time! More

Amazing Staff, Fantastic Experience I stopped in last week on a rainy Saturday morning and Demetrius came running over to the car immediately with an umbrella to introduce himself. We started walking through their lot and talked about my needs - and wants - and it was clear to me Demetrius wanted to help me look at all of my options. He grabbed a list of cars that peaked my interest and we dove into one of the vehicles to get out of the rain. We test drove a few vehicles and each one was better than the last. Demetrius clearly knew his products but definitely showed he cared about what I was most interested in rather than just selling the current vehicle we were in. The last vehicle ended up being the one I purchased that day but I was introduced to other members of the staff during that process. Myron was extremely friendly and accommodating, he listened to all of my worries while running the numbers and did everything in his power to make sure I got what I wanted - truly some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. I also sat down with Dan in Financing. He explained everything I needed to know and listened to what my concerns were throughout the process. The entire day was filled with people who wanted to cater to my wants and needs and I can definitely say it blew my expectations out of the water. However the biggest reason I've enjoyed my experience so far with Park Place was during the week after my purchase. I had gone in because I was curious and practically adamant on trying to put more money down. I spoke with both Demetrius and Myron to see if there was anyway possible to make it work. It all worked out eventually but even if it didn't the way they responded to my request was truly great. They didn't just give me a "I'm not sure", or a "Maybe", or a "No", they went and looked for an answer. They talked to financing, they spoke with the girls in the office, they did what they could to find out if this was at all possible at this point in my purchase. Myron even called me after business hours to let me know I could come in the next day and he would have everything figured out for me! I went in the very next day and everything was ready to go. I was able to sit down with Robert and run through the numbers again with him. Rob was extremely friendly - most of the time we didn't even talk about my car haha! I had a lot of fun chatting with him and figuring out what worked best for me financially - truly a great guy. If I'm in the area in the future and need to get another vehicle, I know exactly where I'm going. Thanks for the great work and amazing experience! More

I was limited on the funds to spend on a vehicle. Based on the check amount from the Insurance comp. I had been searching all of Rochester looking for something that my daughter would like. Also one that I would feel good about. Most of the other lots I had visited did not seem to care that I was on their lot. I would have to search for a salesman, and then when they were found and after hearing what I wanted and the price range I was looking for their attitude changed to the worse. Not very good business savvy. But at Park Place that was very different. And to be honest I was not going to go here in the first place because of my last encounter there which was not good. But i had heard they had changed so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. When I was on the lot Demetrius came out and it was quit clear he was interested in what I needed and the limits I was after . He went out of his way to help close the deal. A very professional and friendly salesman. That is a are quality these days. He has called several times since making sure I'm happy. That's huge in my mind. Genuine customer service. Also Myron Gayles was very nice and honest. More
