Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 2018 Denis is the type of person who will go out of his way to make sure that each client leaves with smiles on their face. One of his most memorable experiences was staying two hours after closing to ensure a client's car was finished so they could make their vacation. They were thrilled and grateful. 3 Hour Tire I recently went to have a tire replaced on my MKZ. I was told the tire was in stock and to come between 1 and 1:30 PM, so I arrived at 1:15. It took a I recently went to have a tire replaced on my MKZ. I was told the tire was in stock and to come between 1 and 1:30 PM, so I arrived at 1:15. It took approximately 3 hours to have someone finally put the new tire on which is totally ridiculous! I was told they were busy and were doing the best they could. I always have my car serviced here and have never had any problems, I guess schedules don't matter. More
