Part of the Lincoln of Wayne Family Since: 2018 Denis is the type of person who will go out of his way to make sure that each client leaves with smiles on their face. One of his most memorable experiences was staying two hours after closing to ensure a client's car was finished so they could make their vacation. They were thrilled and grateful. 2019 lincoln navigator was in for engine light on and car phone not charging,steering wheel heater since new and oil use/ car was there for there 3 days picked up car drove on to rt. 23 car doing same as b phone not charging,steering wheel heater since new and oil use/ car was there for there 3 days picked up car drove on to rt. 23 car doing same as before was 3 qts. low on oil. i called the service dept and told of the problem and i am not with the truck oil use really a bad service exp. I have been to the service department twice for my 2020 Aviator and these guys did an excellent job. The first time I had an issue with my rear view camera and they replaced it and it's been working great Aviator and these guys did an excellent job. The first time I had an issue with my rear view camera and they replaced it and it's been working great ever since. The second time I came in for a gurgling water noise I had when it rained heavy. They cleaned out my sunroof drains and the noise has gone away. They were above and beyond! I would highly recommend them. More

Top notch service. On my last visit the complimentary car wash was horrible. This is the 1st time I have had a complaint in 3 years. I filled in their questionaire they send you after each service visit and wash was horrible. This is the 1st time I have had a complaint in 3 years. I filled in their questionaire they send you after each service visit and complained about the car wash. About a week later they called me and offered me a free detailing. They are always helpful and very accomodating. More

I purchased my 1st Lincoln an MKX in 2016. I was so pleased with the car and the dealer, I purchased my 2nd Lincoln, the new Nautilus in 2019. I was expecting the same quality and the same level of se pleased with the car and the dealer, I purchased my 2nd Lincoln, the new Nautilus in 2019. I was expecting the same quality and the same level of service that I experienced with my 1st Lincoln and was not disappointed. The refinements in the Nautilus were perfect especially the new 2.7T engine with 335Hp and I can't believe it, better gas mileage, averaging better than 20mpg. From sales to service the dealership is easy to work with, friendly, professional and inviting. With confidence I highly recommend Lincoln of Wayne and the Nautilus. More
