Did the Right Thing Had an issue with the drivers seat cover, front latches wouldn't stay hooked up. Took it to a different dealership closer to my house, which said the Had an issue with the drivers seat cover, front latches wouldn't stay hooked up. Took it to a different dealership closer to my house, which said they would order a new seat cover after they tried and were unsuccessful. Had Metro Ford look at it while I took it in for scheduled service, long story short...they unsuccessfully tried and ultimately replaced it. Much appreciated...was worried a problem I hadn't caused and the dealers struggled to remedy was going to drift into some black hole of stories and games. Thank you Metro Ford. More

Metro Ford of OKC was absolutely amazing! Gene was so helpful from beginning to end, he even came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. It only took two weeks and my car looks even helpful from beginning to end, he even came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. In for the WORKS oil change, tire rotation Oil was changed. Tires WERE NOT rotated. Tire serial numbers remained the same for LF, RF, LR, and RR. Called Metro. Obtained no acceptable solution. quick response to my problem My touchscreen in my Explorer went out (after having the vehicle only 16 months). I was in a panic about what caused the problem. I was told to come right on it; I sat in the service lounge for approximately an hour and a half while a programming update was completed. While I'm not thrilled about having something go wrong after such a short time, I am thrilled with the quick response and repair. More
