Took it to a different dealership closer to my house, which said they would order a new seat cover after they tried and were unsuccessful. Had Metro Ford look at it while I took it in for scheduled service, long story short...they unsuccessfully tried and ultimately replaced it. Much appreciated...was worried a problem I hadn't caused and the dealers struggled to remedy was going to drift into some black hole of stories and games. Thank you Metro Ford. More
