We were quoted one price for a roof rack and installation, but charged extra that was never mentioned in the quote. Daymeon never said there may be extra charges for misc. parts, etc. He said t installation, but charged extra that was never mentioned in the quote. Daymeon never said there may be extra charges for misc. parts, etc. He said the part was $470 installed plus tax. Turns out there was an additional $35 charged for misc. parts. Jesus was su[posed to be our advisor but we never saw or met him. Denise helped us even though she was extremely busy. She was a big help in spite of being very busy. Seems she was the only advisor doing anything. She had a great attitude but couldn't explain what the extra charges were for. We were quoted a time of 1 to 2 hours. It took 2 1/2 hours to finish the job. We had received a call the night before fro Ed stating that the part was in and gave us an appointment time of 10:30am. We finally got the car back at 2:30. The part was NOT in stock and someone had to go pick it up at another dealership. More

Denise was polite and professional, kind and considerate when she noticed I was walking slowly. She offered to help me with my bag that I wanted so I could go to my community pool when driver dropped me of when she noticed I was walking slowly.
