Boch Chevy went above and beyond to work with me as I was a very challenging customer. I am unable to wear a mask. Due to COVID it was required to wear one in the building. The staff was exceptionally patien a very challenging customer. I am unable to wear a mask. Due to COVID it was required to wear one in the building. The staff was exceptionally patient with me. They were able to serve me in an outdoor capacity for everything except the signing of documents to which they provided me with a face shield to accomplish. I will and have highly recommended this dealership to others and will continue to do so. More

The lack of communication was terrible. Felt ghosted for a few weeks after my purchase. Also, when I went for my sticker I mentioned my brakes squeaked. They told if I come before 4pm that they would take a a few weeks after my purchase. Also, when I went for my sticker I mentioned my brakes squeaked. They told if I come before 4pm that they would take a look. I was told they did not want to get too involved that day with them and to come back another time. I was told mornings work better for them, we’ll mornings don’t work best for me. So I gave up dealing with this dealership. I talked with a salesman from another dealership that I know and he said that it was very unprofessional how everything was dealt with. More
