The salesman, Taddeo Giordano, is a top-notch professional and gentleman. From the moment I met him at the dealership he treated me with the utmost respect. He knows a lot about cars, and the Mercedes vehicles. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was courteous and professional. I could speak at great length about how wonderful my buying experience was at MB of Paramus, but instead I shall sum it up with a single sentence. I purchased one of the LEAST expensive cars at the dealership, but everyone treated me as though I was buying one of the MOST expensive! Dan Raspanti and Dennis Adams were very helpful, professional, and pleasant to interact with in helping us come to an agreement. David Delmonico and Dan Murphy helped make my first experience at the service department painless and stress-free. I sincerely apologize to the lovely lady who greeted me when I entered and exited the premises as I do not remember her name. She was dressed to the nines, warm and genuine - all of which made me feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership. I chatted with her a few times while she processed my payment or while waiting for paperwork. She said she has worked there for about 18 years, if my memory serves me. Next time I'm ready to buy a car, new or used, I will return to this dealership first, and of course I'll look for paisan Taddeo Giordano. More

Not happy with the service. After spending $2200 & 3 weeks waiting for the service, my car is not on any better shape. Actually worse than before I brought in. I think Kief Ridley tried, but all blame goes to “old car”. But my car has only 27000 miles driven though ( 95 s 420 ) Sales people gave me a trade in value less than the amount I just paid for the service. I am strongly against purchasing another Mercedes at this point. Also I waited for a month to get an appointment & loaner car, but loaner car was not available on the service day. I am not sure this service center is able to handle old model cars. More
