MB of Paramus- Superior Customer Service & MB of Paramus has "earned" our business yet again! With so many car dealerships available, the opportunity to work with any number of dealers is vast MB of Paramus has "earned" our business yet again! With so many car dealerships available, the opportunity to work with any number of dealers is vast...The questions that drives me to choose this dealership for the sixth (6) time is because this MB of Paramus team listens to us as the customer. Our sense is that the team operates from a service excellence platform. To perform at this level you need a group of seasoned professionals who know how to take care of their customers. To have a great team who must have great players and there are no better players than those we worked with during our most recent lease negotiations... From start to finish the following team member's offered exemplary service. Debbie Chorny the absolute best of the best , she is the impetus behind the team - the one that makes it all come together. Debbie knows how to make sure that everyone is on the same page. Debbie's' commitment to excellence is to stay in lock step with the client by making sure everything is handled to the highest of standards. Simply stated.. Debbie Chorny is amazing!! Osiel Mancha in Sales will do whatever he can do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Osiel (OC) will always make sure that everyone comes out a winner... From the client to his internal team, OC doesn't stop until the job is done right!! Teresa Zarour in Service although new to the team, clearly fits in perfectly as she prides herself on making sure that all details are in order and no one misses a beat. Teresa is exactly the kind of person that you want to work with in Service...after all it is about not only taking care of the customer but equally as important taking care of your car... Tom Moliterno- Product Specialist.. As the Mercedes Benz product evolves, you want your Product Specialist to be so incredible informed on how the car operates and then be able to clearly communicate how best to maximize the benefits and features of the new vehicle. Not only is Tom the epitome of Product Specialist … he has the patience of a Saint - A winning combination... Dennis Adams the one that everyone reports to.. Dennis runs a fabulous organization by empowering his team members to be the best that they can possibly be... Horrible Service! I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Joel Castaneda was good but the "sales manager" Dennis Adams is a horrible personal to deal with. I am sur I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Joel Castaneda was good but the "sales manager" Dennis Adams is a horrible personal to deal with. I am surprised he's a sales manager with the way he talks to customers. He makes it sound like its my fault the car that I purchased had issues and that I am the one who chose to get a loaner car newer then the one I purchased. He does NOT know how to talk to customers and because of him alone, I will NOT be returning to this dealership. Avoid at all costs. More

Best of the Best... No Really!!! Best of the Best We had the great pleasure of working with Debbie Chorny and Dennis Adams... This will be our 5th Lease from the Dealership and here’s why we will not leave!!! The deal that we negotiated is absolutely “fair” to both us as the customer and to the Dealership as a business. Dennis and Debbie were patient, listened well to our concerns, countered offered when appropriate and ultimately gave us a program we are comfortable with, thus allowing us to easily make the decision to move forward. Fortunately for MB of Paramus they stand heads and shoulders above the competition, so bottomline , do not bother going anywhere else, because this dealership will treat you with respect, dignity and integrity, while others ...may try to take advantage etc etc etc....This team made up of many wonderful folks and in particular Debbie Chorny, Dennis Adams, OC Mancha are three of the most sincere, fair minded , kind individuals who always go above and beyond and therefore you as the customer are left feeling appreciated!!! More

The delivery concluded what I am pleased to tell you was an efficient, seamless transaction. From the beginning, I was treated with the great courtesy I have long since come to expect from the many DCH—and now Lithia—dealers with whom I have dealt over the past forty years. Commencing with my meeting with Jason Cestaro and Dennis Adams; their introduction of me to Turk Bertan who--with Jesus Sanchez, providing the dogged but polite follow-up necessary to keep me focused, and with Dennis’s continuing oversight--effectuated the transaction; to the training session by Zuli Soler, who clearly and patiently explained everything which I did not understand about the gadgetry on this machine (which is to say, pretty much everything); through the final paperwork handled efficiently and professionally by Brian Blum, everything went like clockwork. I could not be more pleased. More

Outstanding Customer Service I worked with Dennis and Dan on getting my 2018 MB C300 lease deal. They were very helpful and understanding. Terrible Experience @ Paramus Mercedes Paramus in my service rating used to be #1. Now it is getting worse in last two visits. I talked with other regular customers and they all told me Paramus in my service rating used to be #1. Now it is getting worse in last two visits. I talked with other regular customers and they all told me the same thing. #1. Mercedes used to have service people to come to you to greet you the minute you stop your car. Last time and this time I stopped, there were no one greeted me. I have got off the car the look for service people. #2. The Paramus service fee is twice as much as other dealer for tire installations. #3. After the service, nobody comes to look for me to tell me the car was ready. I have to go to the adviser to check if they were ready. The advisor said that he could not find me. That was a lie. I was outside at the service station chatting with other customers. They did not look for me. They just put the bill at the cashier's counter. #4. Then they could not find my car. Someone parked it at other parking lot that nobody knows. for two tire replacement when I started it was 7:15am. By the time I got my lost car, it was 9:30am. It was a terrible experience at Paramus Mercedes. You are ruining the product. Did you fire those service people to save the cost? Even Honda has a better service than you do. I am very disappointed. I will definite not to make any purchase from Paramus. You are so disorganized. What happened when you let everything go to the toilet. If I had known, I would pulled my car to another location for a service. Shame on you! More
