Dennis Bridges has been with Thompson BMW since October of 2016, but has been a member of The Thompson Organization since the 1980s. He is a regular participant in the MS150 City to Shore Bike Ride and enjoys cycling in his free time. "I have been driving BMWs since the '80s," Dennis explains. "The first was a 320iS, then a 540iS, and now my daily driver is a 1988 325iS - red, with a stick shift - that I really enjoy driving!"

Great experience but a bit confusing at the end This is my first BMW purchase after driving Audi’s. Overall it was a great experience and our client advisor Dennis was great! One thing to improve u This is my first BMW purchase after driving Audi’s. Overall it was a great experience and our client advisor Dennis was great! One thing to improve upon is the end review with the finance manager. There were “add ons” that we’re not included in the negotiated price. I would describe this as last minute items like warranties and coverage that could be communicated up front. It may just be difference in execution between dealerships, but all the costs/packages were provided to us ahead of time in previous experiences. Overall I had a good experience. More

I cannot remember an incidence of even average maintenance or repair work or having to return a vehicle due to a problem not being properly addressed.the first time. I am not sure how a dealership could improve on that record. More
