First time to Service Center and--- First time to ANY Honda Service Center! The accessory installation for my new Ridgeline went well. Very clean place with friendly, helpful staff. Service Tech's at Honda took extra time to help me with my Smartphone. Very comforting at Honda NOT to see any signs in the service center saying "we are not responsible for the contents of your vehicle"! That sign can be seen at Hawthorne Chevy service center, very concerning & sad! I'll be back soon. Thanks More

Far better than other Dealers! Before coming to Mahwah Honda I visited 2 other delears. One was misleading with their "Free oil changes for life" not finishing the sentence that you Before coming to Mahwah Honda I visited 2 other delears. One was misleading with their "Free oil changes for life" not finishing the sentence that you must abide by their unspoken rules. The other Dealer added 2 additional charges on final paperwork (I think $150 & I forgot the other which was more) which salesman couldn't explain when challenged. He went for definition & when he came back he crossed off the extra charges and said to forget about the amounts!!?? Once mislead very difficult to trust anyone! Mahwah Sales Tech (Mr. Dennis Brugger) was very knowledgeable, patient, accurate never misleading & willing to find answer to any question. He is very good with potential buyers!! No he is not family or friend but treats you as such!! Great bargaining with him & give the man a raise please!! YES I will consider Mahwah Honda again! THANKS for making the buying experience a pleasure. Now I own a 2019 Ridgeline RTL! Again THANKS!! More

5 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to spend in the dealership when you are looking to lease and checkbook is in hand. Spent first 3 hours working on a lease of a silver pilot. After 3 hours I am told dealership when you are looking to lease and checkbook is in hand. Spent first 3 hours working on a lease of a silver pilot. After 3 hours I am told another salesman just sold that car. I had to settle for a different color if I wanted to walk out with a new lease. I settled for a different color because I can’t afford to waste more time on another visit or another dealer. This screw up should not be allowed to happen. System controls need to be put in place to prevent this. More
