My experience at Casey BMW was extremely satisfying. Upon arrival at the dealership I met with Mr. Joseph Hargraves, Jr. He immediately asked if he could help and if a had a specific vehicle in mind. I inquired about the Lexus SUV but when I saw the Infinity QX 80 I asked him for a test drive which he was happy to provide. His professionalism and attitude were top notch. He went on to explain all the features of the vehicle and we began the paperwork process which he clearly explained in detail. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I purchased the vehicle.
