The team was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and sensitive to the nature of our questions and inquiries re: the purchase of a new vehicle. Joe Hargraves, the 1st person we met from the Casey team, approached us with candor and professionalism. He was extremely helpful in identifying the vehicle we were interested in and providing us with the necessary guidance to purchase it. We absolutely love the car and we're thoroughly impressed with our purchase. Managers, Lloyd Howell and Ryan Thomas were fantastic in their leadership prowess and helping the purchase to move forward. Finally, Dennis Grant, the Finance Manager, was extremely helpful in patiently walking us through each tier of coverage afforded to us and what was uniquely particular to the car that we were securing.
