Great experience,great ride, great salesman I found an Audi my wife had been looking for on line at Casey Toyota. I talked to Joe Hargraves and he had it sent to Casey BMW for us to look at. Wh I found an Audi my wife had been looking for on line at Casey Toyota. I talked to Joe Hargraves and he had it sent to Casey BMW for us to look at. When it arrived ,Joe thought she was too dirty for us to see so HE goes to the prep department and cleaned it up. In a SUIT. It’s 93 degrees outside. Of course the vehicle was cleaned and gassed up for us to test drive. Test drive paperwork was quick and painless. We drove the vehicle for the night and we were sold! Back the next day to knock out paperwork and that was a breeze. Dennis Grant the FI manager was great also. We breezed through the financials and we’re on our way. If you ever need a vehicle see Joe Hargraves. He was awesome to deal with. Joe texted me to keep me up to date on the status of vehicle at all times. We pick her up Friday and she was all clean and sparkling even the exhaust pipes were spotless! Miles Casey was awesome also because I went to the Toyota store to pick up our other key. We love our new to us 2016 Audi SQ5! Thank you Casey Auto Group! More
