My experience with Empire Pre-Owned Superstore Swansea and Fall River Ford has been an absolute disaster from the moment I purchased my vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape and almost immediately be and Fall River Ford has been an absolute disaster from the moment I purchased my vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape and almost immediately began experiencing issue after issue. Since then, I have spent months trying to get answers, documentation, and repairs, while being met with what I believe was a complete lack of accountability. One of the most alarming discoveries was that approximately half of my engine oil dipstick was missing. This was discovered after the sale. When I attempted to get answers about how a vehicle could be sold in that condition and why it wasn’t caught during inspection or service, I got nowhere. I was told repairs had been performed, yet I repeatedly requested paperwork documenting what was actually done and was unable to obtain the information I was looking for. As a customer, I should not have to fight for basic repair documentation concerning my own vehicle. I was informed that a transmission had been installed in the vehicle. Afterward, I continued experiencing significant issues, including abnormal noises and drivability concerns. The explanations I received about the transmission and the vehicle’s condition changed over time, leaving me with more questions than answers. What happened next was even more concerning. I brought my vehicle to Fall River Ford because of ongoing problems. Despite my existing issues with Empire Swansea, my vehicle was transferred there. Instead of resolving the problems I had reported, an inspection sticker was placed on the vehicle and it was returned to me. The concerns I originally brought the vehicle in for remained unresolved. I was also left with the impression that known issues—including a recall concern I had raised—were not being addressed. At one point, I was told words to the effect of “put a sticker on it and give it back.” Whether that reflects official dealership policy or not, that is exactly how I felt I was being treated as a customer. The entire experience has consisted of: * Multiple unresolved vehicle complaints. * Repeated trips back and forth to dealerships. * Delays and conflicting explanations. * Difficulty obtaining repair documentation. * A vehicle that I still do not trust. * Lost time, stress, and additional expenses. The final straw came when I went seeking answers regarding the missing dipstick and other concerns. Instead of receiving transparency and customer service, the police were called. Think about that for a second: I bought a vehicle, reported numerous problems, tried to get documentation and explanations, discovered part of the dipstick was missing, and when I continued asking questions, the police were called. I have maintained records, emails, paperwork, photographs, and videos documenting my experience. If you are considering doing business with Empire Pre-Owned Superstore Swansea, Empire Automotive Group, or Fall River Ford, my advice is simple: DONT DO IT STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THAT xxxx WHOLE. Willing to share videos with whoever wants them there is also the video of the day they called the cops on me… This review reflects my personal experience and the events I encountered while attempting to have my vehicle properly repaired and documented. Absolutely terrible service and communication. Took over 30 days to pay off the loan for the car I traded in. And when called multiple times about it no one ever called me back. Was told to bring in the truck I bought for repairs agreed upon when purchasing the vehicle and when we got there 3 separate time was told “sorry we don’t have a loaner car we will have to reschedule.” The first salesman, Alex, was amazing but then they made us work with someone else who had no idea what was going on. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
