I did shop around this time. I looked at the Volkswagon Passat. They were comparable in price. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn't get free oil changes but I guess this is not something that Honda offers. All in all I felt I got a good deal. Dennis is very knowledgeable about the car. I was pleased with his customer service. I really liked the fact that I was able to e-mail back and forth with him to save time. This was very convenient for me. More

I first went to Jay Honda after the Cleveland Auto Show. I was greeted by Tony Spitalieri and I told him that I simply wanted a brochure to take home and study. I'd indicated that I was familiar with the v I was greeted by Tony Spitalieri and I told him that I simply wanted a brochure to take home and study. I'd indicated that I was familiar with the vehicle and that the test drive would come later. Tony obliged me exactly. In fact, he requested no contact information from me! At other dealerships, I was actually requested to sit down and answer a questionnaire as to the timetable for acquiring my new car, provide several methods of contact, provide detailed information about my current vehicle, and so forth. Not with Tony; he provided me with much-valued space. On my 2nd visit, Tony was busy helping other customers and this is when I met Dennis Jenkins. Dennis did something unexpected: he allowed me to test drive a 2012 CR-V EX for one hour by myself! This was invaluable in helping me "get acquainted" with this particular model. No pressure here. After this test drive, I was asked about my buying timetable as well as other brands of SUVs I had been considering. At this stage, this was fine and to be expected. On my 3rd visit, I met exclusively with Tony, who did everything he could to make this deal happen. End result: I got a great deal on a fantastic automobile. I ended up with an opal sage metallic 2012 CR-V EX All Wheel Drive with a black cloth interior. Very stylish. I would recommend Jay Honda to anyone interested in an extremely well-made, top quality Honda car AND did not wish to experience any of the things that can make buying a car so stressful at other places. I believe it all stems from Tony's easy personality and genuinely helpful nature. Who needs grief when parting with 20 to 30 grand?
