There was a mix up in delivering the car and it took longer than I anticipated. It took over two hours because the drivers, who picked the car up in Michigan, placed the keys to the vehicle on the wrong longer than I anticipated. Both Tony and Dennis were on the ball and provided excellent service. There was no wait time at all from being shown around to signing papers. My experience with Jay Honda of Bedford was great. I went out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. Dennis Jenkins confired on several occasions through email convincing me of the quality of a CRV and to come down for them to speak with my wife and me. We finally did and Dennis referred us to Robert Logan. He was very warm and friendly. The genuine kind. Not the kind that was only interested in making a sale. He convinced me the that i would be satisfied for a long time to come with the quality and performance and they would be there to service any need we had. He gave me a much better price than the dealership in my area that i had gone to earlier and also went the extra effort to get the color we wanted, since they had none on their lot. On the day we picked it up Rob spent additonal time going thru all the features and especially pairing my wifes phone up to the car so she can have hands free cell phone use. He even alerted us to the fact that the only item we might be concerned with was the antenna. He told us that is the latest craze among children to collect them. More
