My experience with Jay Honda of Bedford was great. I went out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. I decided I wanted the car a day later and they worked with me to get t out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. After contacting Dennis on the phone, I visited Jay Honda to buy a Honda CR-V. The customer service was great and the staff were very friendly. I was very concerned about using part of my retirement money on a purchase of my first ever new car. I was in the process of buying a Ford Escape that was significantly cheaper due to that concern. Dennis Jenkins confired on several occasions through email convincing me of the quality of a CRV and to come down for them to speak with my wife and me. We finally did and Dennis referred us to Robert Logan. He was very warm and friendly. The genuine kind. Not the kind that was only interested in making a sale. He convinced me the that i would be satisfied for a long time to come with the quality and performance and they would be there to service any need we had. He gave me a much better price than the dealership in my area that i had gone to earlier and also went the extra effort to get the color we wanted, since they had none on their lot. On the day we picked it up Rob spent additonal time going thru all the features and especially pairing my wifes phone up to the car so she can have hands free cell phone use. He even alerted us to the fact that the only item we might be concerned with was the antenna. He told us that is the latest craze among children to collect them. More
