My experience with Jay Honda of Bedford was great. I went out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. I decided I wanted the car a day later and they worked with me to get t out for a test drive and I was in a car quickly and had ample time to drive. They were great on the price and when I went to pick it up I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. I love the car and am highly satisfied with the buying experience. More

After contacting Dennis on the phone, I visited Jay Honda to buy a Honda CR-V. The customer service was great and the staff were very friendly. Dennis promised me that if the price was not satisfactory, he w to buy a Honda CR-V. The customer service was great and the staff were very friendly. I was very concerned about using part of my retirement money on a purchase of my first ever new car. I was in the process of buying a Ford Escape that was significantly cheaper due to that concern. Dennis Jenkins confired on several occasions through email convincing me of the quality of a CRV and to come down for them to speak with my wife and me. We finally did and Dennis referred us to Robert Logan. He was very warm and friendly. The genuine kind. Not the kind that was only interested in making a sale. He convinced me the that i would be satisfied for a long time to come with the quality and performance and they would be there to service any need we had. He gave me a much better price than the dealership in my area that i had gone to earlier and also went the extra effort to get the color we wanted, since they had none on their lot. On the day we picked it up Rob spent additonal time going thru all the features and especially pairing my wifes phone up to the car so she can have hands free cell phone use. He even alerted us to the fact that the only item we might be concerned with was the antenna. He told us that is the latest craze among children to collect them. More

I did shop around this time. I looked at the Volkswagon Passat. They were comparable in price. The one benefit of the volkswagon was that they offered to pay the first lease payment and all oil changes w Passat. They were comparable in price. The one benefit of the volkswagon was that they offered to pay the first lease payment and all oil changes were free. All in all I went with Honda because I felt the quality of the car was better. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn't get free oil changes but I guess this is not something that Honda offers. All in all I felt I got a good deal. Dennis is very knowledgeable about the car. I was pleased with his customer service. I really liked the fact that I was able to e-mail back and forth with him to save time. This was very convenient for me. More
