I was interested in leasing an Odyssey minivan and knew the price I wanted to pay. I was nervous about going to the dealership because I was going on my own and felt like I needed someone on my side to sup the price I wanted to pay. There was a mix up in delivering the car and it took longer than I anticipated. It took over two hours because the drivers, who picked the car up in Michigan, placed the keys to the vehicle on the wrong longer than I anticipated. It took over two hours because the drivers, who picked the car up in Michigan, placed the keys to the vehicle on the wrong salesman's desk (who was out at the time) rather than on the salesman's desk who was working with us. The keys were finally discovered an hour after the the car was delivered. I was completely satisfied with my contact with Dennis Jenkins. More

Both Tony and Dennis were on the ball and provided excellent service. There was no wait time at all from being shown around to signing papers.
