Quality Experience I technically worked with Dennis to buy my car but I also worked with the owner of the store as well as a few others. My overall experience was very good and I'd recommend this place to others. With that being said, there were a few things I would recommend to potential buyers/ customers of this store. One of my recommendations is to know competitive pricing (in my case for both my trade in value and car purchase value)- knowing these values allowed me to get a good deal for both my trade in and the purchase. Knowing these values also enabled me to see through some tactics of the lease option that they were trying to sell me on (they offered a very low monthly lease payment BUT a large down payment, which when divided by the lease length, makes the overall monthly lease payment quite high). I should note that you will find these tactics at EVERY dealership you go to, so this is not a huge poo poo of this place. My one critique of this dealership is that they will do an online search of you to gain talking points and conversation starters with you. I understand that the internet/social media allows that to happen, but I am the type of person that would prefer that you extrapolate that information via direct communication. Overall very good experience with some minor critiques. I would work with them again. More

Hyper intelligent, jack of all trades and master of most, he actually spends in inordinate amount of time reading reviews of cars on online forums and watching car related rating shows. He likes stylish cars, and he puts a premium on safety, reliability and all the extra special gadgets that tech geeks crave and soccer Mom's appreciate. Many times he will go to a dealership and know more about a car and its features and specs than the sales person. The 2017 Honda CRV was the object of our trip to Jay Honda. We hit it off with our salesperson Emily Blend. She is an intelligent and genuine young woman who able to successfully engage both the super knowledgeable car guy that is my husband and me; someone who thanks God everyday that I don't have to think about crash test ratings, horsepower, RPMs, tire safety blah, blah, blah because HE does. <3 She knew the car inside and out even though it was a new model year with some completely redesigned features (see honey, I do listen to you sometimes) and he came armed with a list of features he wanted. But he was not sure about the color. Molten Lava or Basque Red? After discussing the features he wanted, Emily took us out to see the Basque Red car, but there was nary a Molten Lava to be seen. These were just rolling off the factory floor and were being snapped up but she secured a vehicle for us to look at within two days. He loved it! Dennis worked with us to make sure all the many extra features Dave wanted. We made an appointment to close the sale on a Saturday and time was at a premium for us that day. After talking to the finance person, Chris, I let him know that we really wanted to be in and out quickly that day. He made sure everything was ready to sign as soon as we arrived. Excellent experience and would highly recommend Jay Honda to anyone interested in a seamless and easy car buying experience! More
