Simple and Painless Needed to lease my first car, knew I wanted a Honda. Jay Honda has great reviews everywhere, so I started there. Started with online chat with Dennis, then phone call after my credit was approved, then I went in for some test drives. Dennis was knowledgeable and affable. I never felt uncomfortable or lost, or bored for that matter! I think the whole process took less than 3 hours, from walking in, discussing cars, taking 2 test drives, deciding on model, and all the financing and insurance hassles that go along with it. Couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience. I will recommend Jay Honda to anyone looking for a new car! More

Made the dreaded car-buying experience wonderful! We arrived after 8:30pm at the dealership since we had already spent over an hour at another dealer and weren't satisfied with our options there. Since we knew exactly what our "dream car" would look like, it was easy to spot on the lot. Dennis came over and pointed out all of the best features of the car with no pressure. He was so pleasant and helpful right up through the entire buying process! He and the team stayed till 10pm to help with all of our questions and paperwork! Never a complaint or regard for the lateness of the hour. Truly customer focused!! Afterward, Dennis helped with setting up the Bluetooth for my phone and just making sure I was comfortable with all of the new features. I will definitely send my daughter and anyone else I know in need of a new car over to Dennis at Jay Honda! More

Originally I had contacted Dennis Jenkins to find out if the car I was looking for was available and to set up an appointment. He responded very quickly to my e-mail and answered several questions for me. When we arrived at the dealership, Dennis was very busy and apologized, but he then introduced us to Jesse Lee; and he was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, informative, and totally patient with my decision making difficulties. He helped me decide on a different car than I had originally intended on purchasing, and I LOVE it! This is my second car from this dealership, I always recommend them; but I will be recommending Jesse Lee and Dennis Jenkins now too. More
