I set an appointment for a few days later after work to meet up with Dennis. I was instantly offered a test drive with no pressure to take it easy. I just drove the car as I did my previous car. After talking with Dennis and GM Robert Szalay, we talked about why I was looking to trade in my current car. The 3 of us are cars guys and so we talked cars for a bit. The negotiation process was pretty painless. I explained my max budget and they made it happened. All in all, everything went great except for the ride home. The tornado sirens were going off and I had to drive 20 miles home in almost zero visibility. Other than that, great experience. More

I firstly asked for quotes from dealers within 100 miles. Dennis responded without quote and invited me for a visit. I emailed him the lowest quote I got and asked if Jay can beat that and I received email from Dennis asking for visit. I thought at that time that Jay may not beat the dealer with lowest quote. On my way to dealer with lowest quote, I stopped by Jay only because Jay is on the way. I showed Dennis the quote. He was very friendly and helpful. Beyond of that, he beat the quote. That was a big surprise to me. I took his offer and the whole process till I got my new car went smoothly. I am so satisfied with their service and I will definately recommend my friends to buy Honda from Jay. More

I was interested in leasing an Odyssey minivan and knew the price I wanted to pay. I was nervous about going to the dealership because I was going on my own and felt like I needed someone on my side to sup the price I wanted to pay.
