It's never inexpensive to repair your vehicle at the dealership, so I am not going to rate on price. I was very satisfied with the personal service I received from the service department while checking dealership, so I am not going to rate on price. I was very satisfied with the personal service I received from the service department while checking in my vehicle and also picking it up. My service advisor, Dennis, went above and beyond not only helping with getting repairs approved by the extended warranty, but also working with the original dealer that I purchased my vehicle from to complete the repairs that the warranty company would not. I was also impressed with the upfront pricing available online regarding scheduled maintenance costs, and the ease of setting up appointments online or via phone. Having access to a loaner vehicle since mine would be at the dealer for a prolonged period of time is also a great benefit. Very satisfied with my first experience, and will continue to bring my QX80 to them for scheduled services and other needs that may arise. Knowing that I will be getting OEM parts for a rather technologically advanced and EXPENSIVE SUV is the best way of keeping this vehicle for years to come. More

Do not buy your car from Infiniti of Nashua. I purchased a certified 2019 QX50 with around 26,000 miles 60 days ago. It broke down less than 24 hours later then again less than a week later. Now a warning a certified 2019 QX50 with around 26,000 miles 60 days ago. It broke down less than 24 hours later then again less than a week later. Now a warning light is on intermittently. In the shop 27 out of 30 days of ownership. The GM would not buy back or swap the car out for another on the lot and told me that cars break down and they fix them, thats why they warranty them. Unfortunately a warranty does not replace all the time I lost and confidence in this vehicle. Not to mention roadside assistance allowed the car to sit over night on the side of the road for 22 hours... buy from a dealer who will stand by what they sell. The GM and sales department at Infiniti of Nashua will not. The service department has been very good. Any dealership would be lucky to have Victor as thier service manager More

Dennis M (service lead) was able to identify and resolve an issue that other Infinity dealers couldn't. The other dealers had told us that the sound was expected and it rode they way it should.
