Top Notch Service I purchased a pre-owned QX60 in Nov 2018 and brought it in to the service dept. for a few minor things the other day. From scheduling the appointment, I purchased a pre-owned QX60 in Nov 2018 and brought it in to the service dept. for a few minor things the other day. From scheduling the appointment, to dropping it off, getting a loaner, and doing the pick up process, the transaction was flawless. All staff are courteous and professional, the waiting room is clean and inviting, and my main contact Dennis Matteau was wonderful to work with.
