March 30, 2023 Where do I begin with this rude salesman Dennis Miller!? Drove an hour and a half to this Dealership to be met with this con man who refuse to sell me a car today because I did not salesman Dennis Miller!? Drove an hour and a half to this Dealership to be met with this con man who refuse to sell me a car today because I did not want to use their "Financing". This man was very condescending, and just a shady character. Guy had a very cocky attitude " I'm the best salesman at this Kia dealership"! He also promised me his "Finance Guy" can get me a better interest rate which that was a lie. Then he proceeded to give me a lecture about my past finances. I don't know where they found this guy at, but I was willing to buy a brand-new car from this dealership with my own bank until Dennis came out his mouth and said, "I'M NOT GONNA GIVE YOU A PURCHASE AGREEMENT TO GIVE BACK TO YOUR BANK UNLESS YOU PUT DOWN $300.00"! I'm just flabbergasted I have never in my life delt with this kind of xxxx behavior, but I will be taking my complaint to a higher level because this is Unacceptable... More
