Colonial Cadillac lives up to the Colonial car brand. My wife and I came in on a Sunday by appointment to look at a used Cadillac Escalade ESV and the car was ready to go even though it had snowed the day b wife and I came in on a Sunday by appointment to look at a used Cadillac Escalade ESV and the car was ready to go even though it had snowed the day before. Dennis Moran was very good. He cut to the chase and gave us a fair deal on our Escalade ESV. Car was ready for pickup when we agreed and the process was very smooth Dennis was the only person on for Sunday, so we had to wait to make an offer. My wife and I also didn't know where to go... so we were dealing for the car in the hallway, which we felt was weird, but given it was Sunday, we thought it must be because of the number of appointments Dennis had. Closing on the car was a much more normal process. Car was ready, cleaned up and issues resolved. My wife and I had a bad experience before this dealership was owned by Colonial. It is very obvious now why the Colonial brand stands for quality and fairness. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Dennis for purchasing a new or used Cadillac. More
