I've had many car buying experiences at various dealerships all across this state and I've dealt with the "best" of them, but I can wholeheartedly say that the buying experience I had at Colonial C dealerships all across this state and I've dealt with the "best" of them, but I can wholeheartedly say that the buying experience I had at Colonial Cadillac was beyond five stars. When I found the exact certified pre owned Ram 1500 I had been searching for with low miles, clean Carfax and a fair price (especially in this market), I made a call to Colonial and Dennis told me they'd have the vehicle waiting out front for a test drive in 30 minutes. When I showed up, we went for a quick test drive as they assessed my trade. Within ten minutes, we returned and my trade was assessed, financing options for the new vehicle had been printed out with the trade and down payment already factored in and all I had to do was circle my option of choice. Within a few more minutes, the financing department had everything drawn up and I signed on the dotted line while my plates were already being transferred to my new vehicle and I was driving away in my new Ram in less than an hour than I had arrived. As I departed the dealership, I received text messages confirming my appointments for the inspection, detail and spare key setup. I was blown away by this exceptional level of service - and you will be too. The professionalism I experienced at this dealership is unmatched in New England. I cannot thank Dennis and the team at Colonial enough for getting me into my dream car with absolutely zero hassle. I have officially found my new go-to dealership and recommend that everyone give Colonial a call for a premium car buying experience. You will not be disappointed. More

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac X5 with about 40k miles on it from them less than 2 weeks ago and for whatever reason, the car behaved erratically (weird error messages about steering failure, A/C failed, Rear W from them less than 2 weeks ago and for whatever reason, the car behaved erratically (weird error messages about steering failure, A/C failed, Rear Wiper was intermittent, failed Inspection + more!) I was terrified that I had a lemon on my hands and that I was going to be stuck with it but Alex Rogers took over and made everything right! I truly appreciate this dealership's integrity and compassion for their customers. They fould me a different car (Used, Low Mileage, 2014 SRX) for a good price and I am a very happy customer. More
