We had a really positive experience with car shopping at this dealership. We worked with Dennis, and purchased a used car. Dennis walked us through all of the pricing, CarFax and let us test drive the vehic this dealership. We worked with Dennis, and purchased a used car. Dennis walked us through all of the pricing, CarFax and let us test drive the vehicle. He didn’t pressure us at all into buying and we felt confident knowing what we were getting with our purchase. Sold me a used car that had a broken water pump I was not informed about after waiting for nearly 6 hours, have to pay 650 dollars to get it fixed because I bought it "as is" as is or not I should have been informed about after waiting for nearly 6 hours, have to pay 650 dollars to get it fixed because I bought it "as is" as is or not I should have been informed of any preexisting issues, and I was told the car was inspected the day before I bought it. Overall very excellent, Time taken was not great, but it was a busy Saturday so entirely understandable. Staff also was willing to work with us having to visit my bank and stay there for over an hour while was a busy Saturday so entirely understandable.
