Very positive experience with buying our car. Elliott was very responsive in keeping us informed regarding the status of the car, as it went through Ed Martin's inspection and detailing process. Elliott was very responsive in keeping us informed regarding the status of the car, as it went through Ed Martin's inspection and detailing process. He was thorough in his instruction of the car mechanics and electronics, as well as attention to details and made sure the detailing was done right. He also made sure it was hassle-free and convenient for us by providing a loaner while the pre-delivery process was worked. My first time experience buying a car without taking several hours mostly waiting, to complete the transaction. More

Made an appointment a month in advance to secure a loaner vehicle because I had to drive 1 1/2 hour for service. Explained my list of concerns to the person making my appointment. I arrived 1 hour early on vehicle because I had to drive 1 1/2 hour for service. Explained my list of concerns to the person making my appointment. I arrived 1 hour early only to find out they had no loaner vehicles. I called a local friend to pick me up and go to lunch and explained the service advisor of my intentions. Upon my return from lunch, approximately 2 hours later, I was told they had not turned in my service ticket because a loaner had not arrived yet. I was not happy and asked for the general manager and was informed he was out for the day. I was taken to the service manager who listened, but really did not show any empathy for my problem. I had hoped they would have at least have done my oil service and communicated that they would at least prioritize my other concerns to what could be accomplished that afternoon before I left. I had to ask for them to at least do a oil change for me before I left. They instead acted like my service was not of any priority. Upon arriving home I sent the General Manager Jason Mattaliano a email explaining the situation and have received no response from him. The next day I did received a phone call from the Customer Satisfaction employee and explained that I felt the service was very subpar and I had emailed the GM. She told me she would send her email address to me so I could forward the letter to her. I have yet to receive her email address. There was really no service at this dealership or communication. More

Buying a used car at Ed Martin was so easy. Will Fitzsimmons and all personnel there made it easy. I felt like I was there, just talking with friends. Will even took the time to help me set Will Fitzsimmons and all personnel there made it easy. I felt like I was there, just talking with friends. Will even took the time to help me set up a few things on my Acura. It's like driving a nice car with a computer, to help you in lots of ways. I love my car! My last car was Acura too-- from Ed Martin. They have great customer service, and a wonderful service team. They're the Best!!! Thank you Will! More
