Salesman Will is always awesome and friendly, doing whatever necessary. However, the sales managers handle the numbers and they just don’t necessarily go the extra mile to make a deal happen. Sam was exceptional to work with. No high pressure sales. He was direct and to the point and respectful. I asked for an aggressive OTD number and he didn’t make me go back and forth with him all day. He worked hard to get the deal done and I appreciate that. The finance department was a slightly disappointing interaction (no fault of Sam). The finance manager I worked with ultimately was fine, but was unprofessional at times, telling me he “hated” that I refused to buy an extended warranty or pre-paid maintenance because he “just wanted to save me money”. I understand that selling those services are part of his job, but for a premium brand like Acura, I expect more professional interaction. That being said, Sam was wonderful and the process overall at Ed Martin was smooth and pleasant. More
