Thankful for Thomas, who was my first point of contact- and even more thankful for Sam who understood my vision, and produced a fit for me! (Kudos to his mentoring of Coleman- who is destined to be a grea and even more thankful for Sam who understood my vision, and produced a fit for me! Sam was exceptional to work with. No high pressure sales. He was direct and to the point and respectful. I asked for an aggressive OTD number and he didn’t make me go back and forth w No high pressure sales. He was direct and to the point and respectful. I asked for an aggressive OTD number and he didn’t make me go back and forth with him all day. He worked hard to get the deal done and I appreciate that. The finance department was a slightly disappointing interaction (no fault of Sam). The finance manager I worked with ultimately was fine, but was unprofessional at times, telling me he “hated” that I refused to buy an extended warranty or pre-paid maintenance because he “just wanted to save me money”. I understand that selling those services are part of his job, but for a premium brand like Acura, I expect more professional interaction. That being said, Sam was wonderful and the process overall at Ed Martin was smooth and pleasant. More
