Bought 2018 pilot from them on May 27th 2021. Took two months to receive title. Advertised as CPO car. Purchased as CPO car. Tires were worn down to 2/32 at 27k miles. Had to purchase new tires. Had to ha months to receive title. Advertised as CPO car. Purchased as CPO car. Tires were worn down to 2/32 at 27k miles. Had to purchase new tires. Had to have brakes resurfaced at 27905miles. A second operational key not provided by dealer and had to be purchased by me. all in all over 20 calls were made to fix the above situation and all calls were ignored. Checked the 182 point inspection sheet and found many items we're not done on this vehicle although I just received from Honda a CPR certification card. Service from this dealer is so far below expectations of Honda, this being my 5th Honda, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend anybody purchase a vehicle from them Schaumburg Honda. Inexcusable and very disappointing. More
