We test drove to our hearts content. We felt our decision to trade in our beloved 2007 Tundra for the 2009 Venza to be irrefutable. Matt took the task of switching my license plate to the Venza and was adamant that he clean it to suit the clean vehicle. We had a good laugh over his OCD, I mean discerning conviction. :) And he was right, a dirty plate wouldn't do. Our 4 year old even felt compelled to make a thank you card. Sunshine Toyota advertized a certified used car on AutoTrader. I saw the ad on a Sunday, left a voice mail for the sales person, and Monday am, recd a return call from Dennis Walters. I was an hour from the dealership, so Dennis answered my many questions. He even went out to the car to check if the previous owner was a smoker, and then called me back to me "no, it was very nice and clean". Dennis was pleasant to work with, had the paperwork in order when my husband and I arrived, allowed us time to make our final decision (at the time the dealership was closing), and stayed late to help us through the paperwork and sale. I was pleased with the info provide and the freedom to make an informed decision without pressure. I would purchase another car from Dennis Walters. (I researched several certified used cars and was working with a few salespeople in the GR, MI area. When I showed a GR saleperson the info on the vehicle from Sunshine, she said, "I can't beat this deal, go buy it!" I did.) I have put over 1000 miles on it in 3 weeks and love the car. The internet salesperson I worked with, Aimee, was very geared toward putting the customer first. Her enthusiasm is contageous. I initially made internet inquiries to 5 dealerships. Aimee called me immediately. She listened well and asked me questions to make sure I accurately understood everything about this vehicle before I drove 105 miles out to give it a test drive and see it in person. When I arrived to take a look, she had described it with perfect accuracy. The vehicle was in excellent condition. In fact, it was in better condition than I had anticipated. Her internet sales coworker, Dennis, was every bit as knowledgeable, kind and helpful as Amy. Finance person Glenn was able to help me get a great rate on financing and was very personable. (I usually hate the financing part.) Sunshine Toyota had a nice, broad array of used vehicles in great condition with very fair and reasonable pricing. Folks at this dealership are down to earth, friendly and people-oriented. This dealership is a hidden gem and I will be recommending it to others in the future. More

Everything went very smoothly and Dennis and his finance team worked very hard to get us the best deal. We went in that day with hopes of driving home in the vechile Dennis picked out and we did.
