The internet salesperson I worked with, Aimee, was very geared toward putting the customer first. Her enthusiasm is contageous. I initially made internet inquiries to 5 dealerships. Aimee called me immediately. She listened well and asked me questions to make sure I accurately understood everything about this vehicle before I drove 105 miles out to give it a test drive and see it in person. When I arrived to take a look, she had described it with perfect accuracy. The vehicle was in excellent condition. In fact, it was in better condition than I had anticipated. Her internet sales coworker, Dennis, was every bit as knowledgeable, kind and helpful as Amy. Finance person Glenn was able to help me get a great rate on financing and was very personable. (I usually hate the financing part.) Sunshine Toyota had a nice, broad array of used vehicles in great condition with very fair and reasonable pricing. Folks at this dealership are down to earth, friendly and people-oriented. This dealership is a hidden gem and I will be recommending it to others in the future. More

Everything went very smoothly and Dennis and his finance team worked very hard to get us the best deal. We went in that day with hopes of driving home in the vechile Dennis picked out and we did. I did my homework on other used vehicles that were out there in my price range and found that the 2008 Toyota Camry was the best deal for the money with the mileage on the vehicle. We purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Sunshine. We saw the price on the internet and it was significantly lower than other dealerships in the area. Sunshine is about an hour away for us, so we called to m the price on the internet and it was significantly lower than other dealerships in the area. Dennis Walters, our salesman, told us that he would remove it from the lot so that we didn't make the drive and it sell before we got there. When we arrived it was removed. We were prepared to haggle, but there was nothing like that. The car was offered at the price listed. There were no extra fees. And they gave us a fair price for our trade-in. We had a wonderful experience. More

I bought a new 2011 Sienna from Dennis Walters, sight unseen over email and phone since we were out of state and knew what we wanted. Sunshine was one of several dealers to respond to my email soliciations and was one of the better quotes I received in Michigan. Dennis was very responsive and helpful through the extremely fast and pleasurable buying process. He offered to reduce the price since we didn't need one of the options (and the option was permanent to the vehicle) without me even asking. Dennis followed up, was low pressure as stated, and awesome to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer and Dennis Walters specifically. More
