Outstanding service visit As always, Dennis and the other staff in the Service Department did an outstanding job in responding to the service needs of my 2014 Sierra. Night drop off and night pickup I have never met anyone at Norris, I talked to a service adviser by phone, dropped it off late at night, and arranged to pick it up the next day after I have never met anyone at Norris, I talked to a service adviser by phone, dropped it off late at night, and arranged to pick it up the next day after hours again.
