Great customer service and well run service department My truck wouldn't start one morning. After getting it jumped, I brought it straight in to the service department where they installed a new battery. S My truck wouldn't start one morning. Since it was still under warranty they did the necessary checks and I was back in my truck in a little over an hour and my truck is running perfect. More

Service has gone downhill tremendously last 4 visits Considering lawsuit from malicious work not needed to upsell work not needed.. sabotaged work to make me believe work necessary absolutely lied and Considering lawsuit from malicious work not needed to upsell work not needed.. sabotaged work to make me believe work necessary absolutely lied and drained water to cause engine to overheat to sell water pump ..I've driven car 758 miles in the last 3days leaving dealership with oil leaks I never had ..found drain plug cross threaded with no washer .. had to pay to have undercarriage cleaned !! Bull crap ! Lawsuit pending!! More

Worst Experience In My Life Stay away from this dealership. They do not disclose know issues with their certified vehicles and they do not stand behind their warranties. Doug Norris is an xxx. His approach is avoidance. And their service department is a joke. Dennis, Denny and Brent are all three a joke. They contradict one another and lie. Service Dept goes extra mile to provide top notch service I had several issues with my 2012 Chevy 2500. The dash said service emissions speed limited to 55 mph. service tire sensor, service trailer brake and I had several issues with my 2012 Chevy 2500. The dash said service emissions speed limited to 55 mph. service tire sensor, service trailer brake and the check engine light was on. After some diagnostics with service manager Brent he informed me that GM had issued a service extension on several issues my truck was experiencing. Other issues need my extended warranty for coverage. My service tech spent almost an hour on the phone with the warranty people twice. My truck runs great again. The ride is smoother and I am very pleased and would recommend them to all my friends. More
