They made my day I came in for a repair and everyone was very courteous and helpful, service tech explained options for the repair and worked with me on scheduling. Appointments weren't overbooked so I wasn't kept waiting for hours, estimate was fair and honored. I have a new service center for my vehicle maintenance! More

Great customer service and well run service department My truck wouldn't start one morning. Service has gone downhill tremendously last 4 visits Considering lawsuit from malicious work not needed to upsell work not needed.. sabotaged work to make me believe work necessary absolutely lied and Considering lawsuit from malicious work not needed to upsell work not needed.. sabotaged work to make me believe work necessary absolutely lied and drained water to cause engine to overheat to sell water pump ..I've driven car 758 miles in the last 3days leaving dealership with oil leaks I never had ..found drain plug cross threaded with no washer .. had to pay to have undercarriage cleaned !! Bull crap ! Lawsuit pending!! More

Always great experience. I didn't have an appointment, but that is never a problem. I think that is the greatest thing. The customer (me) is never a problem. Worst Experience In My Life Stay away from this dealership. They do not disclose know issues with their certified vehicles and they do not stand behind their warranties. Doug Norris is an xxx. His approach is avoidance. And their service department is a joke. Dennis, Denny and Brent are all three a joke. They contradict one another and lie.
