Air Conditioning Repair Excellent service. I was greeted in a timely manner and warmly. Described concern regarding air condition. The Advisor detailed what was to occur r Excellent service. I was greeted in a timely manner and warmly. Described concern regarding air condition. The Advisor detailed what was to occur regarding checking and pricing and time it should take. After inspection was told cost and time of repair and was offered shuttle home and notification of pick-up when ready. The shuttle driver was courteous and friendly. Notification was delivered and shuttle was notified and came in a timely manner. The repair was done and satisfactory and some suggested recommendations offered and some taken. Great Service. More

Wash board viberation I had a vibration that I thought was a out of balance tire. When I went into my Service Tech Dennis asked me if it felt like I was driving over a wash I had a vibration that I thought was a out of balance tire. When I went into my Service Tech Dennis asked me if it felt like I was driving over a wash board. I told that was exactly what it felt like. He got me a loaner and the next day it was fixed. Drove to Orlando and back NO VIBRATION. Who would have thought it was the Transmission transfer case. WOW I impressed More

Poor cyst service Always rated a 5. Not this trip !!! Chas Sedgwick was my service rep. Bought car there, and want it serviced there so you have complete service Always rated a 5. Not this trip !!! Chas Sedgwick was my service rep. Bought car there, and want it serviced there so you have complete service maint on your computer. I live in Cape Coral. So it is a long drive to get car serviced but I can spend night at sis house. Yes there is a Buick dealer in Ft Meyers ! Jordan answered the phone when I called , telling me Chas was gone and he would take care of me. But, he was very short on phone and I felt I was bothering him . When I got there, Ihis welcoming was poor and again. I felt like I was bothering him. I asked if the seat part was there. He acted like this was a surprised and said was I supposed to order something. I told him to look at my phone call of shy I was there and that Chad had always kept one in stock as it was a cheaply made part and always broke. The part was there. I left . When I picked up my car, he handed me the paperwork , said you’re all set, told mark to walk me to cashier. NOT HELLO. NIOT THIS IS WHAtT WE DUD. MOT THANK YOU. NOT GOOD BYE. NOTHING. Wow What a difference. Chas would explain all that was done and made me feel happy about driving 3.5 hours to get there !!! Mark got Dennis to help me and he was great . He even apologized , as did Mark for the poor service. I am on the edge if I will drive back and gothru the hassle to get there. This guy should be in the parts depot and not deal with people . Where is Chas!!!!!!!!! More
