Dean Nebbaki is exceptional! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and made our experience very enjoyable. The process was smooth and he put us in the exact suv we were looking at. After inspection was told cost and time of repair and was offered shuttle home and notification of pick-up when ready. The shuttle driver was courteous and friendly. Notification was delivered and shuttle was notified and came in a timely manner. The repair was done and satisfactory and some suggested recommendations offered and some taken. Great Service. More

Wash board viberation I had a vibration that I thought was a out of balance tire. When I went into my Service Tech Dennis asked me if it felt like I was driving over a wash I had a vibration that I thought was a out of balance tire. When I went into my Service Tech Dennis asked me if it felt like I was driving over a wash board. I told that was exactly what it felt like. He got me a loaner and the next day it was fixed. Drove to Orlando and back NO VIBRATION. Who would have thought it was the Transmission transfer case. WOW I impressed More
