I arrived at 11 for oil change The girl at counter was terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. Her name is Tiffany not sure I will ever retur terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. Her name is Tiffany not sure I will ever return. My license plate light is broken I have been there 3 times for this only to have lightbulbs replaced that is not the problem it’s the element holding the bulb . Tiffany lied said part was there after my oil change and they would fix it this would be a 45 minute wait . The part was never there and my time wasted by Tiffany. I have had this car 13 months 3 times to fix and still not resolved More

I had my truck in for service, they did not only do an excellent job, but they gave me a video I asked for explanation and they had the mechanic come out and explain and show the results I was blown away excellent job, but they gave me a video I asked for explanation and they had the mechanic come out and explain and show the results I was blown away by their integrity and did everything to help us understand and satisfy upon leaving. I lost my wallet and called and they found it and I was able to come back and pick it up. I was just blown away by their honesty and integrity to build a relationship that you can trust Russ Darrow you are now our home in maintenance and Care thank you thank you thank you for your witness.
