I needed to buy a tire which was irreparable. I had a very busy few days coming up. It surprised me that your supplier couldn’t tell your dealership when they could deliver the tire. I had no ide I had a very busy few days coming up. It surprised me that your supplier couldn’t tell your dealership when they could deliver the tire. I had no idea how long I would be without a car. Again, this is a tire, not some obscure part for a vintage car. To me that’s not acceptable to not know how long I’ll be without a car because of a tire. Even if it was going to take a while at least I would know how to plan for it. Anyways, once the tire came in your folks in service did a terrific job I was in and out less than half an hour. More

I arrived at 11 for oil change The girl at counter was terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. Her name is Tiffany not sure I will ever retur terrible she diverted my appointment to 2 hours with her disrespectful attitude she should be removed. Her name is Tiffany not sure I will ever return. My license plate light is broken I have been there 3 times for this only to have lightbulbs replaced that is not the problem it’s the element holding the bulb . Tiffany lied said part was there after my oil change and they would fix it this would be a 45 minute wait . The part was never there and my time wasted by Tiffany.
