I had a bad experience they sold me a warranty by lying they fired that guy the warranty was no good the truck had a bad oil leak had a hard time getting anything done they sent the truck to get it fixed k they fired that guy the warranty was no good the truck had a bad oil leak had a hard time getting anything done they sent the truck to get it fixed kept sending me to the wrong dealership to see when I could get it a guy in service herd me asking about the truck he told me where it was at I had to trade trucks in order to have something to Cary on my bussiness with they told me they couldn't tell me when it would be ready so I had to go get my stuff out of my truck after trading found out my truck had been fixed for a week not only they didn't know where it was at didn't know it was fixed either then to then minute they are dunning me because my trade in has not been paid off my new truck was supposed to be financed through 5th 3rd I went to there and tried to make a payment they said I didn't have a loan there so I went across the street to the dealership talked to Anthony the finance guy he told me 5 th 3rd wouldnt honor the insterest rate so he went threw ALLY were the other truck was financed Anthony told me to call them I did found out I had 2 loans so as of this day I have 2 loans 1 over 30 days past few which they called me today about I told the you all owned the truck not me still don't have anything to make that payment with tried to call the dealership today no satisfaction please have someone call me so I can get this mess straightened out please More
