Awesome! When I was looking to buy a newer used vehicle I went to many dealerships here in town as well as looked extensively online. I just happened to pull i When I was looking to buy a newer used vehicle I went to many dealerships here in town as well as looked extensively online. I just happened to pull into this dealership as I was heading home late on a Saturday and that's when I met Deon. Deon is very knowledgeable and his outgoing personality made me like him most out of all the other salesmen I had met so far. I left without making a decision but I thought on it for a few days and eventually decided on a Certified 2014 Explorer. Deon was awesome for the entire transaction and I picked up my Explorer the next day...all celaned up and ready to go! When I got home I noticed some issues that I didn't see before I made the purchase or even when I picked it up. I notified Deon and the dealership promptly got it into the bodyshop and fixed the issue, even after Ford said it wouldn't be covered under the original warrenty OR the warrenty package I purchased. Whenever I have had an issue Deon and the staff at Bobby Jorgenson Kistler Ford has gotten it taken care of in a very prompt and professional manner! I would highly reccomend buying from them!! More

I wasn't in the market 2 look 4 a car when I went cuz I had a car but I was just in an accident that morning so I had no choice cuz my car was totaled out...
