Luckily, I found that all the positive reviews I'd seen of Garvey Auto were accurate — and thus I find myself adding my own. :) Every step of the way was a pleasure. From making the test drive appointment, all the way to driving my new baby home, Derek made the whole process a breeze. The general vibe of the place is relaxed, and yet everything was handled with the efficiency for which one would hope, even amidst all the strangeness 2020 has forced upon all of us. Derek himself is highly knowledgeable and eminently personable. No complaints at all. None. I would absolutely purchase here again, and look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with the dealership. More

He responded to our our inquiry in a timely fashion; and on the day we picked up our new 2019 Sonata spend a lot of time reviewing the car features, and helped make sure out inquiry in a timely fashion; and on the day we picked up our new 2019 Sonata spend a lot of time reviewing the car features, and helped make sure out Blue Link was functioning properly. Very happy with our purchase We owned a 2013 Tucson and decided it was time to trade it in for a new model. We decided to go to Garvey even though it was much further away than th We owned a 2013 Tucson and decided it was time to trade it in for a new model. We decided to go to Garvey even though it was much further away than the Guy in Schenectady. After a couple of phone calls and text messages with Derek, we made an appointment to test drive the new vehicle. Not only did Derek spend time with us to explain the features of new Tucson, he allowed us to drive the new Kona as well. Both vehicles are a pleasure to drive and we opted to go with the slightly larger Tucson. Derek found the exact vehicle we wanted and worked around our work schedules for us to take delivery. Upon our arrival all paperwork was ready. Mr Belden spent considerable time showing us the features of the vehicle and set up both of our phones with the Bluetooth feature. In all, we spent a little over an hour with Derek on pickup day. It was a pleasure dealing with Garvey and we look forward to working with the service staff in the future. More
