The quality of work is fantastic and prices are fair. There is also an espresso machine, complimentary snacks and fruit juices and they truly do offer spa services as well! I am eager to buy a new Lexus at DCH because I love everything about my IS250, but also because visiting the service department at Lexus is easy and pleasant, and hope they will allow me to do so via my favorite service manager because I feel closer to him than some of my relatives! I had been dealing with another transmission shop for three months to resolve a problem on my '05 300IS. I finally took the car to DCH Lexus and could not be happier. Everyone there was extremely professional and specifically, Danny Azrik, Tony Carbajal, Derek Bishop and Angel Ramirez. From the beginning, I trusted them and their recommendations. Not only did they well take care of me, they steam cleaned under my front hood which was not required. Because I learned how exceptional the service department is at DCH Lexus, I am encouraged even more to make Lexus my next choice of new car when that time comes.
