I was very impressed with Port Charlotte Kia. My sales person was Derrick and he was extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. After I signed all the documents with Richard, whom I reall My sales person was Derrick and he was extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. After I signed all the documents with Richard, whom I really liked as after a long day, he was pleasant and easy to talk to, Derrick walked me to my new car and explaind how certain things worked. He set up my blue tooth for me, helped me get radio stations in place, and answered all my questions. He and Richard both told me not to hesitate to call them if I needed anything. Side note: You cant get through to talk to anyone. I tried to call Kia the next day and was on hold over an hour. You definitely need to hire people to answer the phones! I also enjoyed working with Aley , I don't think thats his name, but he was the insurance guy. He was great and answered all my questions! Anyway.....I really appreciate how nice everyone at Kia was to me and they made buying a car a very nice experience! More

Bought a Kia Sorento in August. Paid cash for the car. When I went to get the title they had put Kia as a lean holder on the title. When I brought this to their attention they said Paid cash for the car. When I went to get the title they had put Kia as a lean holder on the title. Absolutely no follow-through on their part. Use caution with dealing with this dealership. More
