From the start the atmosphere was pleasant. The truck was ready to look at with plenty of room around it. Probably the biggest thing I noticed was the up front no pressure sales. Really an outstanding experience. I was able to view the Jeep I wanted on line plugged the figures in their online calculator, called Mr Douglas to confirm the numbers.
