We were greeted by Garry Ring who showed us the selection of Rav 4s on the lot. He was knowlegeable and exremely helpful. We did not feel pressured at all. A few hours later we were driving home in our new to us Rav4 and we couldn't be happier. The finance experience was also a pleasure thanks to Derek Kemmerlin. Both he and Gary were professional and provided for us a very pleasant car buying experience. Definitely will recommend them! More

I did not hesitate to contact him again when my Corolla was totaled in a hit and run accident. I had viewed other dealer online specials and when I saw the large Beck inventory I was certain we could find something that would meet my needs. After coming to an agreeable deal he went to work with Derek Kemmerlin in finance to beat the rate of my credit union and present a term that would keep the monthly payment reasonable. Both Jesse and Derek made this a very enjoyable experience in purchasing my 2014 Camry. More

Both men and Jess Johnson- gave me customer service beyond expectations and a deal I could not resist. They had me test drive a car that I wouldn't have considered on my own. I'm so happy they did. I love driving this 2015 Corolla and all the cool features inside thrill me. They not only gave me a sweet deal on a 2014 Toyota Rav-4 Limited (dealer-owned) SUV, but I walked away feeling 100% satisfied with the experience I had from start to finish. That has NEVER happened before. I will drive 98 miles to this dealership again when I'm in the market for next car, no doubt about it. Trent set up a test drive, and had the vehicle up front and ready for the test drive, showing me that he respected our time. Trent is knowledgable, very respectful of his customers, and it is obvious that he stands behind a product that he believes in. Derek K. was also exceptional to work with for financing!
