I brought my car in for some repairs covered under my warranty. Because I'm a single mom, I needed a guarantee that I would have my car or another car by the time my kids came home from their dad's. Inst warranty. Because I'm a single mom, I needed a guarantee that I would have my car or another car by the time my kids came home from their dad's. Instead of helping me, the service manager fought and argued with me for over an hour in his office stating he wouldn't help me because it wasn't their policy. He ultimately threw me out of his office! A phone call to the general manager this afternoon and it was clear he wouldn't help me either. An old boy's club there. They're not in the business of helping single moms. On top of all of this, they dismissed two issues with my car that I now have to get looked at somewhere else. I was told "I wouldn't worry about that." No thank you! It's no fun having to start my week advocating for myself and being brought to tears by a business that refuses to help me. More

Horrible Customer Services , Him and His team both lied about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up unti about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up until now i have only spoke to 3 people once. Communication is horrible and now these people are attempting to auction off my car after telling me 15,000 and telling my Loan company 3,000. Trust me these people are a complete scam. PS... i have them all on recording telling me different things. Do not Waste your time here trust me. More
