Once they get your signature you don’t matter Got great deal, truck at another dealer, it took an additional 5 hours after signing the deal to get my truck. No detailer working dealership closed by time truck showed up. 3/4 tank of gas and 67 miles on it. Tail pipe bent, no truck bed liner even thought it was on the invoice from the dealer. Asked 7 times in 7 days for an answer on that , never called me back kept saying I’ll check on that from both my sales guy and the sales manager. Said the tailpipe being bent was a warranty issue just bring it in. Didn’t want to make several trips thought I could do the bed liner, the tailpipe, and the detail all on the same day. Still have yet to hear about the bed liner. More

Bad Battery on my used Ram 3500 I was to bring in the 2015 Ram 3500 I purchased 11 days ago to get the second key fob. (The previous owner did not leave it when he traded it in). They never received the key from the previous owner so they gave me a new key and programed it all at no charge. When I went to leave home the truck would not start so I had to jump start it. They determined that one of the batteries was bad the other one checked ok. The batteries were not covered by the extended warranty but they replaced the bad battery at no charge anyway. More

There were all ready 2 customers ahead of me but I only waited about 10 minutes. I was promptly checked in and told that they would try to finish before they closed at 2:30. I received a phone call and an email notifying me that my vehicle was finished at 10:45. I was really impressed considering how long I thought it would take. The service guys were friendly and professional and all in all it was a really good experience. I highly recommend Dependable Dodge for service! More
