Certified Pre owned Ram 3500 The sales department was great to deal with. I even met the owner of the dealership and he seemed to be very honest. They really wanted to be sure I p The sales department was great to deal with. I even met the owner of the dealership and he seemed to be very honest. They really wanted to be sure I purchased exactly what I wanted. I'm not sure about the service department however I had some things added to the used truck and it took them way longer than they initially estimated to get the job done. They also left two cables unplugged under the dashboard so the radio did not work and did not reset the information system to indicate service had been performed. The Bodywork and accessories added we're done perfectly so all in all I would still give them another chance. All I'm waiting for now is to get my second key fob and I will be perfectly happy. More
