I had the worst experience at Brandon Honda. I went to get a car in November 2025 and got a car I wanted. A week later my car was shaking on my way home. The car that had been “checked”. I gave I went to get a car in November 2025 and got a car I wanted. A week later my car was shaking on my way home. The car that had been “checked”. I gave them the car back and the service department worker, Thomas Sharoe, handled this horribly. If I didn’t contact him it would be weeks before I knew what was going on. A whole month passed by and we had gotten to the end of December. After getting about 3 bad reports from the car I decided to get another one. I ended up getting a new one and having to pay more because I had no other option but to get a car from there. The only ones who worked hard in the experience were Z Houichi and Dereck Quiñones in finance. They had so much patience with me in this horrible process and worked hard to fix the issue. More

Good sales pitch and selection of cars. Great waiting room and accommodations for customers. Service was great for cars under warranty, techs provide nice video explaining work done. I was looking for floor mats, seat covers and cargo mat and they were charging way more than what other Honda dealership charge online. Even with $30+ dollars shipping it was much cheaper to buy genuine Honda parts online. More
